Order Processing
- ✔ Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
- ✔ In case of high demand or sale, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery time depends on your location:
- ✔ Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
- ✔ Other Cities / Towns: 4–7 working days
- ✔ Remote Locations: 6–10 working days
Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Shipping Charges
- ✔ Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
- ✔ Sometimes we offer free shipping on selected products/orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability depends on your location and pin code.
- ✔ If COD is available, it will show at checkout.
- ✔ For some COD orders, we may request a confirmation on WhatsApp/Call before shipping.
- ✔ If the customer refuses the parcel at delivery, future COD orders may be blocked.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- ✔ You will receive a tracking link/SMS/WhatsApp update
- ✔ You can track your order using the tracking link.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will try to deliver your parcel.
If delivery fails due to wrong address/phone not reachable/unavailable:
- ✔ The parcel may return to us.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct while placing the order.
Delayed Delivery
Sometimes delivery may get delayed due to:
- ✔ Weather conditions
- ✔ Courier delays
- ✔ Festivals/sale rush
- ✔ Unexpected situations
