Return & Exchange Policy
We truly care about your shopping experience. If there is any issue with your clothing order, you can request a return or exchange as per the rules below.
1) Return / Exchange Time Limit
- ✔ You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days from the day your order is delivered.
- ✔ Requests made after 7 days will not be considered.
2) Sale / Discount Products
- ✔ Any clothing item purchased during a sale, offer, or discount is final.
- ✔ That means: no return and no exchange on sale products.
3) Customized / Altered Clothing
If the clothing item is custom-made, altered, or adjusted, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
4) Product Condition Rules
To approve your return/exchange, the product must be:
- ✔ Unused and unworn
- ✔ Not washed
- ✔ Free from stains, perfume, or damage
- ✔ With original tags attached
- ✔ Packed properly (preferably in the original packaging)
Please pack the item safely so it doesn’t get damaged during return shipping.
5) If You Receive Wrong / Damaged Clothing
We check every order carefully before dispatch.
But if you receive:
- ✔ A wrong item
- ✔ A damaged/defective item
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
6) Return Process Time
After your request is accepted, the return process usually takes around 5–7 working days.
7) Refund Options
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, we offer 2 refund methods:
Option A: Store Credit
- ✔ Store credit equal to your order amount
- ✔ Can be used for future shopping
- ✔ Valid for 12 months
Option B: Bank Transfer Refund
We can transfer the amount to your bank account.
For this, we will need:
- ✔ Account holder name
- ✔ Account number
- ✔ IFSC code
- ✔ Bank name and branch
Refund will be completed within 14 days after successful reverse pickup.
